Designed to be a destination people are proud to call home.

Resident Update

Mortgramit Square Ltd presented their proposals for Mortgramit Square on 20th and 23rd of April 2024 to build 249 Build to Rent homes.

The proposal seeks to bring forward a vital contribution and diversification of housing supply in Greenwich, the retention, enhancement and reinstatement of significant heritage assets for the public to enjoy, the creation of a public realm destination, and 81% dual aspect housing.

The application has now been submitted to the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s planning department.
